Yes. We arrive with all professional supplies, tools, and equipment included in the price. If you prefer we use your own products — for allergies, stone counters, or specific finishes — just leave them out and let us know.

What is the difference between a standard cleaning and a deep cleaning?

A standard cleaning keeps an already-maintained home fresh: dusting, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and trash. A deep cleaning goes further — baseboards, inside appliances, grout, buildup behind and under furniture, vents, and detailed scrubbing. First-time clients often start with a deep clean and then switch to standard recurring visits.

Yes. Move-in/move-out cleaning is one of our specialties: empty-unit deep cleaning of cabinets, appliances, closets, baseboards, and bathrooms so tenants get their deposit back and landlords can list right away.

How do I pay and how do I cancel or reschedule?

Payment is due after the service, and we accept common electronic payment methods plus cash or check. To reschedule or cancel, just call or email us at least 24 hours in advance and we will move you to another day at no charge.
